Complete Lemon Juice
Ingredients:
2 fresh lemons (Sicilian or Tahiti)
500 ml of filtered water or coconut water
1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (optional for sweetness)
1 small piece of ginger (about 2 cm), peeled and grated
Mint leaves to taste (5 to 6 leaves)
1 tablespoon of chia or flaxseed (optional for extra fiber)
A pinch of turmeric (optional, for an antioxidant boost)
Ice to taste
Instructions:
Squeeze the juice from the lemons into a blender.
Add the water or coconut water, honey (if using), grated ginger, mint leaves, chia (or flaxseed), and turmeric.
Blend everything for about 30 seconds until all ingredients are well combined.
Strain if you prefer a smoother juice, or serve unstrained to keep the fibers.
Add ice and garnish with a lemon slice or more mint.
